For Spring/Summer 2008, Baby Grand launches the inaugural, exclusively online range. For this season we present you with a pick 'n' mix theme, apparent in a palette inspired by old fashioned candy shop confectionery and delicious ice cream sundae shades. Gorgeous ice cream pastels such as bonbon lavender and refreshing peppermint green sheer silks, are paired with peach sorbet blush tones, whipped cream off-white polkadot satin and, of course, classic liquorice black.

There are two key stories working alongside each other for the Spring 2008 season. Both are designed to showcase the duality of modern feminine sexuality. Firstly, there is the inspiration of the classic femme fatale: dark, seductive, brooding and sophisticated. This can be seen in some of the highlights of this collection, including a luxuriant satin- trimmed, sheer georgette mini robe, and matching fluted knickers, embellished with silk-covered buttons.

To reflect the more fun, flirty and sweet side of our nature, we offer designs inspired by the original and best glamour models: the sex kittenish pinup girls of the late 1940s and 50s. Pure silk French chiffon babydoll nighties are available with delicate matching bikini briefs, cut in a flattering 50's-inspired hipster style.
