Faulty Goods

We strive to maintain the highest standard of production with every garment we create. If, however, you believe the items you received are faulty, please be aware that the terms and conditions stated in the Refunds and Exchanges section apply.

Baby Grand do not refund or exchange machine washed items. We will only accept returned garments subject to compliance with their specific care instructions. Please refer to the Caring For Your Silk Lingerie section for advice about how best to care for your lingerie items.

Please return your goods with any original labels intact, along with a fully completed Returns Form, to the address below.

If you have misplaced your Returns Form, please enclose a note packaged with your returned items, stating your name, your address, daytime phone number, email address and specifying the details of the fault.

If you believe your items to be faulty, we will inspect them upon receipt, and contact you within five working days to discuss an appropriate solution.

If we agree that your goods are faulty, in the case of an exchange, we will bear the cost of posting your gift wrapped replacement items by recorded delivery. For orders made from outside of the United Kingdom, please contact us at shop (AT) babygranduk.com to discuss alternative delivery options.

We strongly recommend that you send us any returned items via registered post or other reliable recorded method, and retain proof of posting, as we will not be held responsible for any items lost in transit.
