How To Order

Please be aware that, as every Baby Grand piece is handmade to order, we expect to dispatch orders within 14 days of your payment clearing. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

To Order Online
To place an online order, you can you can buy directly from our online store and make your payment by credit or debit card. We accept all major credit and debit cards, including the following payment methods:

All of our online payments are processed by PayPal. (Click here to view Paypal's terms and conditions.)

Subject to acceptance of your order, we expect to dispatch your goods within 14 days of your payment clearing. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise your payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order.

Orders made from outside of the UK must be paid for by credit card, debit card, or a British Pound Sterling Postal Order.

Alternatively, you can download, print and complete our Mail Order Form (in Adobe pdf format) and pay either by cheque or by a British Pound Sterling Postal Order.

Cheques should be made payable to Baby Grand. Please be aware that cheques ordinarily take up to 5 working days to clear, and that your order will only be processed once your cheque has cleared.

Please make Postal Orders payable to Baby Grand. Postal Orders must ony be sent using recorded delivery methods, as we will not bear responsibility for any payments lost in transit.
