Refunds and Exchanges

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on briefs. We also do not offer refunds on bespoke or custom made garments, or on any of our pasties and nipple covers. For all other items, our policy on Refunds and Exchanges is detailed below.


In the event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to a full refund or exchange. Should you wish to return your item(s) for any reason, including goods believed to be faulty, the following conditions apply:

Please return your item within 14 days of receipt of your order, unworn, unwashed, with all labels intact, and in its original condition, along with a fully completed Returns Form enclosed, to the address below. We will not accept returns of lingerie that has been worn or is returned in a soiled condition.

If you have misplaced your Returns Form, please enclose a note packaged with your returned items, stating your name, your address, daytime phone number, email address and the reasons for returning your item(s).

We will only refund or exchange goods that are returned to us in perfect condition. Please take care when unpacking and repacking your goods.

Baby Grand do not refund or exchange machine washed items. We will only accept returned garments subject to compliance with their specific care instructions.
