In the case of an exchange, please be aware that replacement items may not necessarily come gift wrapped (unless specifically requested), so you may wish to retain the packaging from your original order.

We will contact you, usually either by email or phone, within five working days of receipt of your returns, to confirm that they have arrived safely, and to inform you of the next step in processing your refund or exchange.

Replacement items will be dispatched within 14 days of receipt of your returned goods, subject to stock availability. If your chosen substitute is not available, we will contact you to offer an alternative replacement item or a refund.

In the case of a credit or debit card refund, the payment will be made to the original card that was used to place the order. We will not make refunds to a third party.

Please note that the customer will bear any delivery and postage costs incurred in the process of returning an order, if the return is made for personal choice or size reasons. We do not refund postage and delivery costs under these circumstances.

We strongly recommend that you send any returned items via registered post or other reliable recorded method, and retain proof of posting. We will not be held responsible for any goods lost in transit.
