When you have downloaded the mail order form, you can then print and complete it. The form should be returned to us using a recorded delivery method, with your payment made either by British cheque or a British Pound Sterling Postal Order.

Cheques and Postal Orders should be made payable to 'Baby Grand'. Please be aware that cheques ordinarily take up to 5 working days to clear, and that your order will only be processed once your cheque has cleared.

Please make Postal Orders payable to 'Baby Grand'. Postal Orders may only be sent using recorded delivery methods, as we will not bear responsibility for any payments lost in transit.
